The Centre for Strategic Impact & Growth Inc. is a Black owned firm that works across Canada to support organizations serving equity seeking communities. We are experienced in providing support to not for profit organizations in a number of ways that directly correlate to the project objectives. This includes but is not limited to strategic planning, organizational development, fund development, grant writing, stakeholder engagement, program development, evaluation, research, and training. Our approach is informed by a deep understanding of working from within equity seeking communities, which necessitates openness, partnership, and deep listening. We strongly believe in the power of relationality and we centre this as we work with all organizations.
